Oriental Omelet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. cream
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Beat eggs, cream and seasonings until thoroughly mixed.
    Heat butter in skillet.
    Pour in eggs and cook quickly, lifting edge of omelet so uncooked egg can drain under cooked portion.
    When egg is almost done, add rice and roll omelet.
