Crispy Baked Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chicken breasts, skinned
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 sleeve saltines, crushed
    1/2 tsp. basil
    dash of pepper
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1/4 c. nonfat Parmesan
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation
    Soak raw chicken in buttermilk for several hours.
    Drain, leaving chicken wet with buttermilk.
    Combine remaining ingredients.
    Dredge chicken in crumb mixture.
    Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Sprinkle oil over the chicken and bake another 30 minutes.
