Cottage Cheese Tarts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shortening
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. small curd cottage cheese
Preparation
    Cream fat. Add salt and vanilla. Blend well. Add flour. Chill dough about 3 hours. Roll dough 1/4-inch thick and cut into 3-inch squares.
