Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. corn meal
1 can creamed corn
3/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 small can Ortega brand green chili peppers
1 tsp. salt
1/3 c. oil
2 eggs
Preparation

Mix all ingredients except cheese and peppers and pour into greased 8 x 10-inch pan.
Sprinkle chili peppers on top of batter. Add grated cheese and bake at 400\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
