Beef-Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 c. diced celery
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    3 c. boiling water
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper (lightly)
    8 oz. sour cream
Preparation
    In heavy skillet, brown meat with chopped onion.
    Drain well. Add remaining ingredients and cook on top of stove until rice and celery are cooked.
    Pour off any excess liquid.
    Add sour cream and serve.
