Zucchini Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. unpeeled zucchini, grated
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 Tbsp. Mozzarella cheese, grated
1 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. cooking oil
4 eggs
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. marjoram
Preparation
-
Beat eggs well.
Add oil.
Combine all other ingredients.
Add egg mixture and blend.
Spray pie pan with Pam or grease well. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes until puffy and browned.
It makes its own crust.
