Green Chili Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 lb. elk, venison or beef round steak
    1 potato
    8 roasted peeled, green chilies, chopped
    1 beef bouillon cube
    1 tomato
    garlic salt to taste
    1 onion
    1/4 clove garlic
    1 to 2 Tbsp. oil
    1 tsp. cumin
    water to cover
Preparation
    Cube or slice in strips the meat.
    Brown in oil.
    Add garlic and onion.
    Continue browning.
    Add remaining ingredients and simmer until meat is tender.
    Add water as needed during cooking.
