Old Fashioned Baked Coon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 coon, cut into pieces
    1 c. chicken broth
    salt and pepper to taste
    5 sweet potatoes
    1 tsp. sage
Preparation
    Parboil raccoon pieces until tender.
    Place in baking dish and sprinkle with sage, salt and pepper.
    Add broth.
    Precook sweet potatoes, cut in half and place around the raccoon.
    Bake in 425\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes.
