Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) pkg. low calorie Ricotta cheese
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. lite cream cheese
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. cornstarch
    4 eggs
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    4 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Preheat
    oven
    to
    300\u00b0.
    Beat Ricotta and cream cheese together.
    Blend
    in
    eggs, one at a time.\tMix in vanilla and lemon juice;
    pour in greased pan.\tBake 1 hour; cut oven off. Let cake
    stay
    in
    oven
    for\t30 minutes longer.
    Remove and cover. Refrigerate.
