Green Noodle Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken
    1 stick butter
    1 large chopped onion
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped bell pepper
    1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 (6 oz.) jar stuffed olives, chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles
Preparation
    Boil the chicken, bone and save broth.
    Saute the onion, celery and bell pepper in the butter for 5 minutes.
    Cut up the Velveeta cheese and stir into above mixture until melted.
    Add the olives. Add the mushroom soup to the chicken, then add to sauteed ingredients.
    Boil the noodles in the chicken broth.
    Drain and mix all ingredients in a large casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
    Can make 1 day ahead of time and keep refrigerated.
