Curry Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chicken
    1 (5 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
    1/2 lb. seedless grapes
    1/2 c. diced celery
    1/2 c. slivered, toasted almonds
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. curry powder
    2 tsp. soy sauce
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 (11 oz.) can Mandarin oranges, drained
Preparation
    In large bowl, mix
    together
    chicken, water chestnuts, grapes, celery and almonds.
    (Can be prepared up to 8 hours in advance.)
