Potato Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. diced potatoes
    1/2 c. thin sliced carrots
    1/2 c. diced celery
    1/4 c. diced onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of black pepper
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    1 chicken bouillon cube
    2 c. water
Preparation
    Cover and cook.
    Mash this mixture when tender.
    Thicken mixture with 2 tablespoons flour mixed in small amount of water, stirring fast, and simmer.
    Add 1/2 pound Velveeta cheese.
    Simmer until melted.
    Remove from heat and stir in 1 1/4 cups of milk.
