Sausage And Cabbage Dinner - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 batch cornbread, baked
2 to 3 links sausage (turkey or pork, spicy as you like)
1 small head cabbage
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 tsp. garlic
1 c. water
1 onion, chopped
Preparation

Cut sausage in thin slices (1-inch or less) and brown in a large pot.
Add water, tomatoes, tomato sauce, garlic and onion. Core and quarter cabbage.
Add it to pot.
Cover and cook on medium-high until cabbage is well cooked (30 to 40 minutes).
Stir occasionally.
Slice cornbread in large pieces.
Lay open faced on plate and spoon sausage and cabbage on top.
