Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (16 oz.) cans sweet potatoes
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. cloves
1 can Milnot
Preparation

I use 3 tablespoons of pumpkin pie spice to replace spices listed.
Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
Mix filling ingredients in order given and pour into pie shell.
Bake 15 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and continue baking 45 minutes or until knife blade inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool.
Garnish with whipped cream, if desired.
Makes 1 (9-inch) pie.
