Pot Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. flour
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    1 c. sour cream
    water (to desired consistency)
    3 George Washington broth or 2 Vegex cubes
    1 can choplets (reserving juice)
    3 potatoes
    3 carrots
    1 small pkg. frozen peas
    single crust for an 8 x 8-inch pan
Preparation
    Make gravy using first 5 ingredients plus juice from choplets. Let simmer.
    Peel and dice potatoes and boil until tender.
    Peel and slice carrots and boil until tender.
    Dip choplets in flour and brown in oil; cut into cubes.
    Add vegetables and meat to gravy in an 8 x 8-inch pan and cover with a crust.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
