Stir 'N Roll Pastry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sifted flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    2 Tbsp. milk
    2 Tbsp. cold water
Preparation
    Mix flour and salt together.
    Measure oil, milk and water in same cup.
    But don't stir together.
    Pour all at once into flour. Stir until mixed.
    Press into smooth ball.
    Cut into halves. Flatten slightly.
    Roll between sheets of waxed paper.
    If dough tears, mend without moistening.
