Orange Raisin Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 egg
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. margarine
1 c. sour milk
1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 whole orange
1 c. raisins

Preparation

Grind orange (including peel) and raisins together.
Beat well all other ingredients.
Add orange and raisins.
Pour into greased 9-inch square pan and bake at 325\u00b0 until done.
