Frozen Strawberry Yum-Yum - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    3/4 c. margarine
    1/3 c. brown sugar
    3/4 c. chopped nuts (optional)
    3 egg whites
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 tsp. lemon juice
    2 to 3 c. frozen strawberries, thawed
    12 oz. Cool Whip
Preparation
    Mix flour, butter, brown sugar and nuts until crumbly, then press into 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes. Cool; break into crumbs.
    Set aside.
