New England Baked Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. navy beans
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. maple syrup
    1/4 c. cider vinegar
    1/2 lb. salt pork, cubed
Preparation
    Soak beans in water overnight.
    Drain.
    Pour into baking pan with seasonings, onion, maple syrup, cider vinegar and salt pork. Cover and bake in 300\u00b0 oven 6 hours.
    Uncover last half hour to brown beans.
