Frittatas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    assorted fresh vegetables (broccoli, sliced mushrooms and chopped tomatoes)*
    2 Tbsp. margarine or oil
    3 to 4 eggs
    1/4 c. milk
    shredded cheese of your choice (Swiss, Cheddar, etc.)
Preparation
    *Could also use packaged stir-fry vegetables.
