Pepper Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 red peppers
    12 green peppers
    6 small onions
    1 qt. vinegar
    3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Grind peppers and onions together.
    Pour boiling water over peppers, and let stand until cool.
    Drain, put in boiling vinegar mixture and cook 15 minutes.
    Cool and pack in jars (be sure to put in sealed jars).
