Crabmeat Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 single pie crust
    1/2 c. diced celery
    1/2 c. green onion
    3 beaten eggs
    1 c. light cream
    1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
    dash of nutmeg
    1 (7 oz.) can crabmeat
    1 1/2 c. Swiss and Cheddar cheese, mixed
    1 to 2 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. tomato paste
Preparation
    Saute celery and onion.
    Add crabmeat; stir on low heat.
    Let cool.
    Stir other ingredients together.
    Add sauteed mixture, then add cheese and stir.
    Pour in single pastry shell.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
