Pineapple Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. raisins, in boiling water
1 3/4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. soda
3/4 c. nuts
3/4 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. shortening
2 eggs
1 (8 1/2 oz.) crushed pineapple (do not drain)
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Mix sugar, shortening and eggs; add pineapple.\tAdd flour, baking powder, salt, soda, raisins and nuts.
Pour into a bread loaf pan and top with sugar and cinnamon.
Mix this together. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 to 70 minutes.\tMakes 1 loaf.
