Hearty Breakfast Skillet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. (8 oz.) pork sausage
    2 c. frozen shredded hash brown potatoes
    1 (10 oz.) can Ro-Tel diced tomatoes and green chillies, drained
    1/3 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    6 eggs
Preparation
    Brown sausage in large nonstick skillet on medium heat; drain. Add potatoes and tomatoes; cook 5 minutes. Top with Velveeta cheese. Beat eggs. Pour evenly over the ingredients in the skillet; cover. Reduce heat to low. Cook until egg mixture is set in center and cheese is melted. Uncover and let stand 5 minutes before serving.
