Chocolate Sack - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 sheet frozen puff pastry
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
    1/3 c. walnuts, chopped
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 egg, beaten with 1 Tbsp. water
    confectioners sugar
Preparation
    Thaw pastry for 20 minutes.
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    On a floured surface or between two sheets of waxed paper, roll the sheet of puff pastry into a 14-inch square.
    In the center of the sheet, place chocolate chips, walnuts and butter.
    Pull pastry edges together.
    Twist and turn the ends together to seal \"package\".
    Smooth folds in dough.
    Place on an ungreased baking sheet.
    Brush with beaten egg.
    Bake for 20 minutes at 425\u00b0.
    Let stand 10 minutes at least before cutting.
    Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
