Gnocchi - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. mashed potatoes (plain)
    1 c. flour
    1 egg
Preparation
    Mix the ingredients to form a ball.
    Roll the dough into 6-inch lengths.
    Press roll with finger to make small indentations.
    Cut into 1-inch pieces.
    Cook in boiling water until gnocchi comes to top, then boil for 1 more minute.
    Drain and serve with spaghetti sauce and cheese.
