Puntas De Filete (Mexican Beef Tips) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef fillet (rib-eye is best), cut into small strips (you can get the butcher at the grocery to cut these for you)
    3 cloves garlic, crushed
    1/2 tsp. ground pepper
    1/4 tsp. ground cumin
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Rub the ingredients into the beef strips and refrigerate 2 hours or overnight.
