Chicken Salad Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (4 oz.) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    2 large celery stalks
    1 Golden Delicious apple
    1/2 c. low-fat or no-fat plain yogurt
    1 tsp. chopped chives
    1 tsp. chopped fresh oregano or 1/4 tsp. dried, crumbled
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
    1/4 tsp. salt
    4 whole wheat pitas, split
    4 tomato slices
    4 leaves red-leaf lettuce
Preparation
    On microwave-cooking rack, arrange 12 very thin unpeeled potato slices in circle; sprinkle with salt.
    Cook on High 5 1/2 to 6 1/2 minutes, until brown.
    Rotate rack half way through cooking.
    Let stand 1 minute.
