Cheddar Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. water
    2 c. potato, diced
    1/2 c. celery, diced
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/4 c. flour
    2 c. milk
    2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Boil the first 6 ingredients until almost done.
    Add remaining ingredients.
