Black Bean Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans (15 oz.) black beans, rinsed and drained
    1 can (17 oz.) whole kernel corn, drained
    2 large tomatoes, seeded and chopped
    1 large avocado, peeled and chopped
    1 red onion, chopped
    1/4 cup fresh cilantro-chopped
    3 to 4 T. lime juice
    2 T. olive oil
    1 T. red wine vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
    Cover and chill for several hours so flavors can blend.
    Serve with tortilla chips. Makes 6 cups of salsa.
