Coconut Pineapple Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs (large)
    1/2 c. low-calorie margarine
    1 c. pineapple juice
    2 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. unsweetened coconut
    raisins (optional)
    1 can crushed pineapple
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
    Mix eggs, margarine and pineapple juice together.
    Then add other ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
