Fresh Cream Of Mushroom Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    3 c. chicken stock or broth
    3 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    1 c. half and half
    1 1/2 tsp. Accent
    1 Tbsp. sherry (optional)
Preparation
    Clean mushrooms; chop stems finely and caps medium fine.
    Melt margarine in skillet.
    Saute onion until soft; add chopped mushrooms.
    Cook lightly 2 minutes; add chicken stock.
    Cover; simmer 15 minutes.
    Microwave white sauce with rest of margarine, flour, milk and cream.
    Stir into mushroom mixture.
    Add seasonings and sherry.
