Sausage Cheese Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. hot bulk sausage
    1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 c. buttermilk biscuit mix
    spicy mustard
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In medium bowl, mix sausage, cheese and biscuit mix until blended. Shape into walnut size balls.
    Place on a rack in a shallow pan. Bake 35 to 45 minutes until lightly browned.
    Serve hot with mustard or freeze for later use.
    Makes 48 puffs.
