Cranberry Stuffing For Turkey Or Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled
    1 onion, chopped
    2 c. chopped celery
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    2 c. cranberries
    8 c. stale bread, cubed
    2 tsp. garlic salt
    fresh ground pepper to taste
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
    1/2 c. pine nuts
    2 Tbsp. poultry seasoning
    1 Tbsp. ground sage
    2 Tbsp. fresh rosemary, chopped
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    1/4 to 1/2 c. orange juice
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Saute onion, garlic and celery in chicken broth until tender. In a large bowl, combine bread, crumbled bacon, sauteed onion mixture, cranberries, garlic salt, fresh ground pepper, herbs and spices and nuts.
    Toss to combine.
    Moisten with orange juice.
    Add 2 eggs; toss to thoroughly combine.
    Stuff into cavity of turkey, packing lightly, or spread stuffing in a baking pan prepared with nonstick cooking spray.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
