Favorite Yellow Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. self-rising flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2/3 c. Crisco (may use butter flavor Crisco)
    1 c. milk
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 eggs
Preparation
    Beat flour, sugar, Crisco, milk and vanilla with electric mixer for 3 minutes at high speed.
    Add eggs and beat 2 minutes at low speed.
    Pour into 2 well-greased and floured 9-inch cake pans or a 9 x 13-inch oblong cake pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0.
    Bake layers 30 to 35 minutes or oblong 40 to 45 minutes until cake tests done. Great with chocolate or coconut frosting.
