Oniony Oven Fried Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 to 8 medium potatoes
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1/3 c. vegetable oil

Preparation

Scrub and wash potatoes; pat dry.
Cut into cubes.
Do not peel.
Toss in large mixing bowl with oil and soup mix.
Bake in 425\u00b0 oven until golden brown, about 30 minutes.
