Summer Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 sm. head cabbage (coarsely grated)
1 lg. green pepper (coarsely grated)
1 med. red onion (coarsely grated)
1/2 bunch celery, chopped
1/2 c. vinegar
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
2 tsp. mustard seed
Preparation

Combine cabbage, green pepper, celery, red onion in a large bowl.
Mix vinegar, sugar, garlic, salt, mustard seed together to dissolve dry ingredients.
Pour over veggie mixture and stir well. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
(One package of coleslaw mix may be used in place of cabbage.)
Other seasonings as preferred. Lasts several days.
