Armadillo Eggs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 oz. monterey jack cheese grated
1 1/2 cup bisquick
3/4 lb. sausage
26 oz. jal. deveined
1 box pork shake and bake
Preparation

Take half of cheese, bisquick, and sausage mix well. Roll on floured surface thin. Take rest of cheese and stuff peppers. Wrap dough around peppers. Roll in shake and bake. Bake @350 for almost 20 minutes.
