Quick Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small lasagna noodles (do not cook)
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (32 oz.) spaghetti sauce
    1/2 to 3/4 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
    2 c. cottage cheese, mixed with 2 beaten eggs
    3 c. Mozzarella cheese and Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Brown meat.
    Add sauce and water, salt and seasoning.
    Simmer 10 minutes.
    Mix in small bowl cottage cheese and eggs until blended.
    Put 1/3 cup of meat in bottom, then noodles, then 1 cup cottage cheese, then Mozzarella and Cheddar cheese.
    Repeat.
    End with meat.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours, then put more cheese on top.
    Bake until cheese is melted.
