Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1 pkg. chili mix or 1 pkg. taco mix
    1 lb. canned tomatoes or 1 lb. tomato sauce
    1 1/2 c. frozen corn or canned corn, drained
    1 c. pitted black olives, sliced or whole
    1 or 2 pkg. corn muffin mixture
Preparation
    Brown beef and drain.
    Add onion, green pepper, salt, chili mix and tomatoes.
    Stir and simmer for 5 minutes.
    Stir in corn and olives.
    Pour mixture into a lightly greased 2-quart baking dish.
    Bake for 25 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
