Just Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. yellow squash, sliced
    1/4 c. green onion, chopped
    1 tsp. canola oil
    pepper
Preparation
    Rub a Teflon skillet with oil.
    Line bottom of skillet with squash.
    Top with onions and pepper.
    Cover and cook over medium heat until squash is browned on the bottom, then flip over.
    Cover and simmer until tender.
