Quesadillas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. (12 medium) flour tortillas
1 (12 1/2 oz.) can Swanson white chunk chicken
1 pkg. Lawry's chicken taco seasoning
1 pkg. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Drain chicken.
Mash into finely ground pieces and mix with seasoning mix.
Place thin layer of chicken on a tortilla; top with grated cheese.
Place another tortilla on top of the first. Place quesadilla in dry skillet (or may add small amount of butter). Brown on both sides.
Remove from heat; cut into fourths. Serve with sour cream, salsa or guacamole.
