Hungarian Easter Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 eggs
    1 qt. milk
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 c. light raisins (optional)
Preparation
    Pour milk into saucepan and bring to a boil.
    Beat eggs slightly and add gradually to milk.
    Cook over low heat about 8 minutes.
    Stir constantly.
    Add vanilla.
    Pour mixture into cheesecloth and tie tightly, forming a ball.
    Hang and let drain into pan for 2 to 4 hours.
    Remove from cheesecloth; cover with dampened cloth and refrigerate.
