Jambalaya - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 onions, chopped
3 or 4 cloves garlic, chopped
1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1 1/2 c. rice
1 lb. shrimp
1 lb. sausage (smoked)
1 lb. ham (smoked)
cooking oil
water (3 c. to 1 1/2 c. rice)
Preparation

Depending on size of pot, cover bottom with cooking oil.
Add onions and brown.
Add tomato sauce and garlic.
Cook until this changes to a red, red color.
Add same amounts of shrimp, ham and smoked sausage.
Cook for 10 minutes on medium heat.
Add rice and water.
Cook until rice is done.
Careful cooking this, it sticks to bottom of pan very easily.
