Grated Cheese And Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 to 8 potatoes, boiled and cooled
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 stick butter
    salt and pepper
    2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Slice thin potatoes in casserole dish.
    Spread cheese over potatoes.
    Melt sour cream, butter, salt and pepper over low heat and pour over cheese.
    Bake until hot and bubbly.
