Chicken Pot Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1 1/4 c. chicken broth
    1 c. milk
    2 c. cubed chicken
    1 2/3 c. cooked peas and carrots
    3 or 4 cooked potatoes, cubed
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1 boiled egg, chopped
    Flaky Pastry
Preparation
    Melt butter in large skillet.
    Blend flour; cook over low heat until bubbly, stirring constantly.
    Gradually add broth and milk; cook until thick, stirring constantly.
    Stir in vegetables, seasonings and egg.
    Heat.
    Spoon chicken mixture into a 1 1/2-quart dish.
    Top with pastry; cut slits in pastry to let steam escape.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes, or until pastry is golden brown.
