Corned Beef Hash Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (15 1/2 oz.) can corned beef hash
1/4 c. soft bread crumbs
4 eggs
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded cheese
1 Tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
a little pepper
Preparation

In a bowl, mix hash, bread crumbs and one egg.
Mix well. Spread in a 9-inch pie plate.
Press mixture up to the rim.
Toss cheese and flour and sprinkle on top of hash.
Combine remaining 3 eggs, milk and pepper.
Pour into hash lined plate.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until egg mixture is set.
