Cuban Hash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. diced green pepper
1/4 c. diced onion
1 lb. ground beef
1 large can tomatoes, cut up
1/4 c. sliced stuffed olives (optional)
1/4 c. raisins
salt and pepper
Preparation

Saute onion and green pepper.
Add meat and cook until brown; drain fat.
Add other ingredients.
Cover and simmer about 20 minutes.
Serve over rice.
Makes 4 servings.
