Green Pepper Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. round steak
    flour
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped bell pepper
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 1/2 c. tomato sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Cut meat into serving size pieces.
    Dip in flour and brown in large skillet in 2 tablespoons oil.
    Add remaining ingredients except cornstarch and water.
    Cover and simmer until meat is tender, about 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
    Thicken gravy with cornstarch and water mixture. This is also good served on rice.
