Sausage Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground sausage (hot or mild), less fat
    1 lb. grated fat free Cheddar cheese
    2 c. self-rising flour
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Roll into balls about the size of walnuts.
    Place on ungreased baking dish.
    Bake for 15 to 20 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
    Serve hot.
    Can be cooked ahead, cool and freeze.
    Put in oven long enough to warm just before serving.
